How long does delivery take?

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking by email when it is available.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Some orders ship in multiple packages because Enchent uses a mixed fulfillment model with stocked inventory, supplier fulfillment, and dropshipping partners.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@enchent.com. Once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
