Shipping & Delivery
Enchent ships products from multiple fulfillment and supplier locations within the United States and internationally, depending on the item ordered.
Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days after processing. Some oversized, specialty, or internationally fulfilled items may take longer, and we will share tracking details by email when they are available.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during holidays, high-volume sales, or weekends may need a little extra processing time.

Tracking Information
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If tracking has not updated yet, please allow a few business days for the carrier or fulfillment partner to scan the package.
Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages because we use a mixed fulfillment model with stocked inventory, supplier fulfillment, and dropshipping partners.
