Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident shopping with Enchent. If you need help with a return, please contact our support team first at support@enchent.com. Return instructions and authorization will be provided by our team.
Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. Return locations may vary by item because we use stocked inventory, supplier fulfillment, and dropshipping partners.
Return Window
Most items may be requested for return within 60 days of delivery, unless a product page or support message states a different policy for that item.
How To Start A Return
- Email support@enchent.com.
- Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team before shipping anything back.
Item Condition
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging when possible. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or returned without authorization may not qualify for a full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the issue was caused by an order or fulfillment error, our support team will help with the next steps.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
